Students in the Culinary Program are required to complete an internship of at least 30 days in accordance with Higher Education Council (YÖK) standards. These internships can be conducted in various food and beverage establishments. Students apply theoretical knowledge in real-world settings, learn the requirements of the culinary profession, develop practical skills and professional competencies, and gain insights into career opportunities in the industry. Internships provide essential hands-on experience for graduation and serve as a gateway to employment in the sector.
